  • Employ professional photos, virtual tours and/or 3-D tours of your property.

  • Consistently evaluate marketing efforts to ensure they are on target.

COORDINATE

  • If needed, coordinate contractors, cleaners and other service providers to get your property ready to list.

  • Schedule showings. Collect and provide feedback received from buyers and/or their agents.

  • Present all offers. Keep an open mind!

  • Gather and send pertinent and requested information to the buyer's agent such as HOA documents, utility, insurance and property tax information.

  • Once under contract, work with you to schedule the home inspection, appraisal and any other inspection services needed.

  • Consistently communicate with the you and the buyer's agent while the buyer completes specific contingencies, such as securing financing, reviewing the home inspection and appraisal.
     

CLOSE

  • Continue to assist with negotiations if necessary.

  • Channel any information requested by the real estate attorney or closing company.

  • Assist with any relocation or moving service requests you may have.

  • Arrange final walk-through prior to closing.

  • At closing, the transfer of funds and ownership will take place.
